The small print, in plain English
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for; you won’t be charged again.
If you move to Free, nothing is deleted. Documents above the Free limit stay readable, editable and exportable; you just can’t create new ones until you’re under the limit.
If a payment fails, Pro stays active for 7 days while the payment provider retries. After that your account moves to Free limits until payment succeeds.
Your data stays in your account whatever your plan. Closing your account deletes it as described in the Privacy notice.
