01The service
JobPivot is a personal workspace for organising a job search. It doesn’t guarantee interviews, offers or employment, and estimates (such as match and ATS-style keyword scores) are guidance only.
02Your content
You own what you add. You’re responsible for making sure the documents you send to employers are accurate. JobPivot never sends applications or messages on your behalf.
03Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, or overload it. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
04Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps Pro until the end of the paid period. If you move to Free your data is kept.
05Changes
We’ll give notice of material changes to these terms in the app.
